Our backstory:


Omni Communications was founded out of a desire to bridge the gap between the needs of microbusinesses and the services available to them. Initially started as a consultancy, the goal was to guide SMEs and connect them with trusted service partners tailored to their specific business challenges.


Challenges Identified:

We observed a significant disconnect in the market:


  • Service Gaps: Professional business services were predominantly optimised for larger businesses with multiple users in office settings. This left smaller sme's and single-user microbusinesses operating from home offices with few affordable options.


  • Exploitative Pricing: Startups were often subjected to expensive services with basic functionality, which required additional costly features to meet their needs fully.


  • Limited Functionality: Many telecoms service providers targeting the SME market offered services with limited functionality at high prices, often misleading customers about the sophistication of available alternatives.


Our Mission and Approach:

Motivated by these observations, we made it our mission to educate and offer true choices to micro and SME businesses. The aim was to demonstrate that more sophisticated and future-proofed services were available at competitive prices, countering the simplistic and often misleading offerings in the market.
